The FAA has blocked all flyovers of the Gulf Coast. Commercial flights have no view of the gulf coast. The reason is because the oil "leak" lies beneath the sea floor and cannot be plugged. The BO Administration, BP and Halliburton all knew this 72 hours after the initial explosion and the original attempts to "plug the hole".
